We are Publishing our First Impact-awareness Report

Since our inception, we have sought to build a fund for founders, by founders, with a unique community at our core. A fund that offers more than just capital, by making a genuine difference for the companies we invest in.

Those core values of ours continue to stay the same. However, we acknowledge that we need to do more.

As you're undoubtedly aware, both people and our planet require transformative change. From the most severe European drought in 500 years in 2022 to the devastation of more than 10 million hectares of land in the Australian wildfires in 2020 and the ever-increasing income inequality, it's clear that despite our society's incredible progress, the pressing issues of our era necessitate action— ranging from climate change to social inequality and beyond.

The good news is that extraordinary people are building incredible solutions for this, and we want to support these visionaries in succeeding.

Hence, we've raised our second fund with the explicit intention of being what we define as impact-aware. We aim to strike a balance between pure impact and responsible investing, as we found the former too constraining and the latter's requirements not ambitious enough.

Our conviction is that a heightened level of responsibility will not only benefit society but also yield superior financial returns.

While we're far from perfect and have a long way to go, transparency remains one of our guiding principles, and this report serves as our way of holding ourselves accountable.
