byFounders Welcomes Peik to Stockholm!

Bringing both academic rigor and startup instinct, Peik combines a double master’s degree in CEMS MIM and Accounting with hands-on experience across the Nordic ecosystem. 

From exploring frontier technology at Kvanted Ventures, to supporting the startup team at Slush and driving growth at Wolt, he has consistently operated where ambition meets execution. 

Along the way, he has learned to move fast, think smart and get things done. He is now ready to help shape the next wave of innovation at byFounders.

Chasing Bold Ideas 

With roots in Finland and now based in Sweden, Peik brings a unique perspective and will focus on opportunities emerging from these two markets. 

He’s especially excited about full-stack AI companies that are building comprehensive solutions to challenge incumbents. At the same time, he doesn’t hide his soft spot for consumer tech with bold visions for branding.

Why Peik Chose byFounders

For Peik, the choice was clear. He had already crossed paths with several companies in the byFounders portfolio and was impressed by the founders’ ambition and quality of their ideas. 

What sealed it, however, was the culture: “A founder-friendly VC, exactly the kind of company I wanted to join” he explains. Now he’s excited to be part of this community and support founders as they turn bold ideas into reality.

Passions Beyond VC 

Beyond his new role, Peik likes to keep an eye on both international and national politics, convinced that global events increasingly shape the future of venture and technology. 

When he’s not analysing the state of the world, you’ll find him cycling, playing padel or at home attempting to master the art of the perfect cappuccino – a craft he insists is harder than it looks. 

Peik has quickly shown himself to be curious, persistent and a sunny personality. He remains inspired by the motto, “you’ll regret the things you didn’t do far more than the ones you did,” and we can't wait to see where his energy and insight take him (and us) next.
